After calling it quits with Cutler, the reality star was briefly linked to comedian Jeff Dye. She later dated Chase Rice and sparked romance rumors with Tyler Cameron.

Cavallari, who has since expanded her Uncommon James brand, reunited with ex Stephen Colletti to host a Laguna Beach rewatch podcast titled "Back to the Beach."

The former Chicago Bears quarterback made headlines for his brief romances with Jana Kramer and Madison LeCroy. The father of three has continued to document his wilderness adventures on social media. Cutler has also launched his "Uncut" podcast and a beer company called Gratis Brewing.

Viewers saw Cavallari and Henderson's friendship come to an end due to affair rumors — and it doesn't appear that the duo made up off screen. Meanwhile, Henderson has stayed focused on her celebrity styling business and expanded her "Velvet’s Edge" podcast.

In response to fan speculation about her relationship with Cutler, Henderson previously broke her silence on her exit from Very Cavallari.

"No. I’m just gonna go ahead and put this out there, there was never an affair. I have nothing to do with their divorce and I am not dating Jay Cutler," she said during an interview on the "Alls Fair" podcast in May 2020. "I’ve been in a relationship for quite some time now. He is a very private person and I respect that."

Since appearing on the hit E! series, Taylor remained at Uncommon James as the Director of Information Technology. She is still in a relationship with PJ Kellogg after pulling the plug on her romance with Jon Stone.

Taylor and Kellogg welcomed their daughter, River, in February 2022.

After getting fired onscreen in season 2, the social media manager has built her own brand and started "Probably a Podcast" to offer insight into her life. Ford, who parted ways with John Gurney, is currently dating fitness coach James Middleton.

In February 2021, Ford opened up about where she stood with her former boss. "I haven't spoken to her since the day I walked out of the office. She did message me, like, once and asked for some password. And I was like, 'No, I'm out of office at the time. Sorry,'" she said on the “Click Bait With Bachelor Nation” podcast, before elaborating on her departure from the company. “It extended past just being fired from the job. It got kinda personal."

Following her departure from Uncommon James, Agee is working as a hairstylist in Nashville. She has remained friends with former coworker Ford.

The celebrity hair colorist has stayed close with Cavallari since his guest appearances on her show. The twosome regularly show off their joint trips on social media. Anderson, who is still with fiancéAustin Rhodes, has moved to Nashville and cofounded dpHUE.

Coskery left her job as Director of Customer Experience at Uncommon James in October 2021. Since then, the former TV personality has been working as the customer experience manager at Tomlin House.

In October 2022, Coskery celebrated her four-year anniversary with model Cole Monahan — who fans were introduced to on Very Cavallari. The pair moved to Colorado earlier that year.
