Torrid is a popular fashion brand that has made its mark selling timeless plus-size clothing items. In addition to clothing items, Torrid also sells shoes, accessories, and swim.
If you’ve found a Torrid piece that you love and want to find again, you’re probably interested in learning how to look up the Torrid style number. Or, if you’re a reseller and found a Torrid piece at the thrift, you’re probably also wanting to know the Torrid style number and name.

Clothing Items: Using The Torrid Tag
New With Tags
If the clothing item or accessory is new with tags, score! On the tag, you should be presented with the Torrid style name.
If this is the case in your scenario, just type that style name into Google. Results will be yielded with places to buy the item. If the item is still newer, you may be able to purchase it directly from Torrid.
For my resellers, you may be able to use this method to find the item’s stock photos from the website. Otherwise, if the item is older, you may only see secondhand listings on sites like Poshmark and eBay.
Without The Price Tag
If the price tag is not on the item, no worries. You will still be able to find the item number quickly and easily.
Typically the best and easiest way to find a Torrid style number is by using the Torrid tag. On clothing items, this tag can be located on the inside seam of the garment.
Turn the clothing item inside out, or just reach your hand inside of the garment. Here, you should see and feel a clothing tag.
On the tag, you may see a PO number, cut number, cut date, and, drumroll please… The Torrid item number! This is also known as the style number. It will be an 8-digit number.
Take this number, and insert it into the Google search bar. I used this exact method for a Torrid floral dress (that you will see a little later) that I found at the thrift store.
I just searched “Torrid 11203326” on Google, and I was able to find out that the dress is the Ivory Floral Crochet maxi dress from the Runaway Collection.
These descriptors were included in my Poshmark listing, which ultimately helped me sell the dress for over $40 (I paid $6!).
Torrid Shoe Style Numbers
For Torrid shoes, look for print on the inside of the shoe or underneath the sole if it is removable. Then, perform the same sequence to look up the item in Google. Input the style number into the search bar, and sift through the results that appear.
Using Specific Keywords
Sometimes items have the inseam tag cut out of them. And sometimes, for older items, the style number method may not work.
However, don’t lose hope. You can still find your Torrid style number. With our next method, all you have to do is describe the item.
For my same Torrid dress example, I searched “Torrid floral maxi dress pink v-neck crochet”. As you can see, we were able to still find the same item, even without using the style number or tag.
Using Google Lens
The last way, and one of my favorite ways, is by using Google Lens. For this method, you will first need to download the Google app on your phone.
That way, if you are out thrifting and sourcing for your reselling business, you can evaluate the item prior to purchasing it. All you have to do is snap a quick picture of the item.
Next, go into your phone settings and tap “Search with Google Lens”. From here, Google will pull in results that resemble the picture that you have.
As you can see, we have had success yet again with finding the Torrid style number for our item! Google Lens was able to take my picture of the Torrid dress and relate it to the actual dress from Torrid’s website.
