Manchester United will learn who their opponents are in the Carabao Cup third round later tonight.

The Red Devils are amongst the seven clubs involved in European competition joining the competition at this stage.

United will be ball number 18 in the draw, which will take place after Nottingham Forest vs Newcastle.

Sancho wants Juve

Jadon Sancho is only interested in joining Juventus from Manchester United.

Chelsea have also shown interest in the winger ahead of the transfer window closing.

However, Alfredo Pedulla reports Sancho has made a move to the Serie A side his preferred choice.

Meanwhile, Calciomercato report United are not pursuing a deal for Chelsea's Raheem Sterling.

McTominay gift

Scott McTominay was gifted a bracelet by a Manchester United fan ahead of his Old Trafford departure.

The midfielder is set to complete a £25million move to Napoli this week.

As he left the stadium for what could be the last time, he was handed the gift by a fan, saying: "No way."

The fan added: "To remember United," before McTominay replied: "Thank you very much, that's so sweet. I'm gonna put it on. That will stay with me forever, that."

Obi-Martin sends fans wild

Manchester United fans have been stunned by footage of wonderkid Chido Obi-Martin in training.

The Red Devils are awaiting clearance to complete the signing of the 16-year-old, who scored 10 goals in a single match for Arsenal's academy last year.

A training ground clip of the Danish teenager has now been shared to his Instagram, showing him curling shots into a goal with both feet.

Reacting to the clip, one fan wrote: "This guys finishing is NUTS!"

Another added: "Chido Obi-Martin is gonna be absolutely mental."

Hannibal leaves United

Hannibal Mejbri has completed a permanent move to Burnley from Manchester United.

The 21-year-old has signed a four-year deal at Turf Moor through to the summer of 2028.

He came through United's academy after signing from Monaco aged 16, before making 13 first-team appearances and scoring one goal.

Mejbri also had spells on loan at Birmingham and Sevilla in recent seasons.

Ferdinand slams McTominay exit

Rio Ferdinand has hit out at his former club for agreeing to sell Scott McTominay to Napoli.

McTominay is on the brink of sealing a £25m switch to thr Italian giants.

But Ferdinand thinks that the Scot's consistency will be missed at Old Trafford.

He told his show: "It really doesn’t sit well with me. To replace him you’re going to have to spend £30m or £40m and give him £150,000 a week probably.

"It’s not going to be cheap and it’s a gamble, you don’t know what you’re going to get, whereas with McTominay you know what you’re getting.

Fabrizio Romano has claimed that a swap deal for Raheem Sterling and Jadon Sancho is "up to Man Utd".

The Red Devils are looking to offload Sancho with Juventus another club interested.
