Hey guys is Ninjatrader compatible with any prop trading firms interface? I may want to join one for the leverage.

You would have to ask the Prop Firm that you are considering. They usually insist on you using a specific platform.

Unfortunately, I have not really looked into the world of Prop Firms, so I cannot tell you of any that use NT. The only firm that wanted me to trade for them insisted on OEC, so I passed, because I could not make custom indicators at the level of NT for the platform. It does use C#: I just did not want to learn a new dialect; learning NinjaScript was quite enough for this old geek. Prop Trading Firms and NinjaTrader NinjaTrader Support Forum (2)

Heck, there is no platform that does not use C# that can make code for trading like NT does; at least, not without jumping through some pretty tight hoops. Prop Trading Firms and NinjaTrader NinjaTrader Support Forum (3)

Thanks for the opinion. I think there should be some sort of API that would allow the signal translation but I'm not sure. Hopefully NT will get back to me and let me know.

If there is, it's in the NT documentation. Good luck!

How do you mean: "signal translation"?

NinjaTrader is compatible for both retail and institutional clients including prop trading firms. I recommend starting with your existing broker for a list of prop firms they work with that use NinjaTrader. You may also contact our Business Development team via sales @ ninjatrader dot com and reference this post so we can assist you directly for getting in touch with a few companies in our database that may fit your request. .
