On top of all the normal reasons monopolies are bad, currently EVERYONE in large sections of two states has no internet, because incompetent @GetSpectrum is the only option.

@GetSpectrum such a great service through NESN tonight!! Feed was stop and go. Could barley watch. So disappointed.. as much money that I pay out I should of stayed with dish cause your feed isn’t as good for sure.. and of course the commercials don’t freeze like the game did.🤬

@GetSpectrum please explain why I’m paying so much for internet when there’s an outage almost every day in my area? Yet I can’t switch because y’all have a monopoly everywhere. I’m seriously tired of it! Either get it together or let ppl choose another internet service! Damn 😤

@GetSpectrum as a customer of SPECTRUM for 12 months now, can I really share how much I really HATE YOU! My internet is out, called tech support they couldn’t NOTHING. I had six reports to turn in 2night - 🥲🥲🥲 I hate being a customer of your company!
