Labour is being perceived for what it is .The 3 main reasons for losing 10% of the turnout in just 2 and a half years are : 1. Clientelism rather than meritocracy. 2. The importation of foreign cheap labour on an industrial scale. 3. The rampant corruption of the Vitals, Electrogas and other scandals. A policy of continuity means Labour losing the next general election in a big way, since the non vote increased by 50 K since last general election and the loss of another 50K means Labour going below 40% of turn-out. The options for Labour are not good .
