The Mass ave location isdefinitely full ofsuperstars. Everyone isknowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle's are always top notch. Keep upthe great work!

I dropped myU-Haul rental off when and how Iwas supposedto, yet this location called mein twice because they “couldn't find it”. The first time Iwentin, the day after Ireturned myrental, they flipped through the keys onthe wall, found the key tothe van Ihad rented, and said Iwas allset. Igot acall two days later and had togo back down tothe location for them toaccuse meonce again ofnot returning the rental before the manager (I'm assuming) went out and physically found the van himself onthelot. Iunderstand miscommunications happen and things don't always run smoothly, but itwould befantastic ifthe team here could double-check whether ornot they have misplaced anentire vehicle before placing the blame onthe customer. Twice.
I will say that everyone Iinteracted with was pretty nice– that was really the only silver lining here though because the rest ofmy experience was anxiety-inducing.… – show00

With the exception ofLamar. The employees could giver better customer service. Especially the socalled manager who was very unprofessional. Iwas told Ineeded tospeak toa manager for mysituation. After 30minutes ofwaiting heapproached meand asked afew irrelevant questions and walked away saying hecouldn't assist. Itwasn't about what hewas capable ofdoing itwas his attitude.

This site cheats you onmileage. Itook apicture ofthe mileage inthe truck when you inspect inthe vehicle they charged mefor 34miles when Ionly went about12. They donot list the correct mileage and you have toargue with the staff tofixit. Cheating customers isnot right. Iwill befiling acomplaint with the AGoffice ofMA. Convenient location but horrible staff noon cares about the people they serve.

Please Don’t Rent atruck from here!!!!!
My mother inlaw rented atruck from here and they came and took the truck back without notifyingus. Wewere still inthe process ofmoving, therefore they took the truck with our personal items inside. Everything was still inside the truck except all myBoyfriends expensive sneakers, Wehad ajar filled with change and cash which was emptied & were stolen bythe UHaul employees. Multiple pairs ofJordan’s and Yeezys were stolen from the Uhaul truck.
They went though all our purses bags and personal items that were inthe truck. Customer service isterrible. They tried toblame iton the towing company which doesn’t make sense. How can the towing company open alocked Uhaul that only the manager and mymother inlawhas. Please don’t trust your items with these people. They steal your personal items then lie straight toyour face aboutit. This happened Oct27, 2022! Please don’t rent from them they are bad for business!… – show00

Horrible service, they charged meon asaturday weused the truck for 5hours, dropped, took photos and videos ofdropping ofthe vehicle, then Isee two charges onmy card, when called, they told methat they have charged mefor 3DAYS, THEN, hunged upon and never again answered the phones. ICLAIMED MYMONEY WITH MYCREDIT CARD COMPANY, BEAWARE THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE, CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS. EMPLOYEES THERE DONT CARE.

The employee Iinteracted with was horrible. Hewas abearded gentleman and Iaccidentally pulled into the wrong place and hestarted yelling atme that Ineeded toleave. When Itold him Iwas just picking upmy buddy who isdropping off atruck and asked where doI need topark, hejust continued yelling atme that Ineed togo “anywhere else but here and its not myproblem ifyou cant find somewhere.” Meanwhile the was aback customer parking lot that hejust not only did not mention but instead just yelled atme togo find parking atsome other business. Horrible experience, this employee does not belong ina role that hehas totalk tocustomers orhe should befired.… – show

Too few and inexperience employees. Make sure tohave the entire day todeal with picking upa truck, because you will bethere allday. Myoverall experience was terrible

To start the staff atthis location aren’t even worthy of1star. Irented acargo van that had tire issues Inotified the the employee atthe register she was extremely bothered and rude. She was not the only rude and highly unprofessional staff member all ofthem working inthe front desk were extremely unprofessional talking about personal stuff and using profanity instead ofhelping the line ofcustomers. They also will hand you the key and give you nofurther instructions. Upon returning the van itwas aneven worse nightmare. Itold anemployee that Iwas returning the van she told meto wait inline toonly then tell methat Ineed toleave the keys inthevan. Idon’t recommend this location toanyone. They lost myU-box stored atthis facility, spent half anhour looking forit, and had tothen rearrange boxes toget toit. Icalled 24h ahead oftime toask for access (as Uhaul requests) itwas really frustrating that mybox wasn't ready.
One ofthe employees then insisted onloading mycar, despite measking him tostop. Hewas friendly but wouldn't take nofor ananswer. After filling mycar, hethen asked mefor money, presumably asatip? Itwas surprising heasked atall, let alone for
